


Why PTI?
Performance Training, Inc. (PTI) is a premiere training program for athletes. PTI uses speed, agility, quickness (SAQ) training to concentrate on improving an individual's neuro-muscular system. The goal is for initial movement---lateral, linear, or vertical---to become automatic, explosive, and precise.
Drills are designed to be performed with easy-to-use Nike equipment like quick foot ladders, mini-hurdles, balance boards, and medicine balls.
PTI builds on an individual's current abilities and training, creating athletic progression for each participant through different levels of drills.
SAQ training is a method being promoted by Nike’s SPARQ program to professional and amateur athletes across the country and in international training facilities.
