Jared Lawrence
Jared graduated with his B.S. degree in Exercise Physiology with a strong emphasis in Athletic Training and Exercise Science from Tennessee Wesleyan College in 2000. While attending college he was on scholarship for basketball competing with the National Qualifying Team. Jared has been employed by Performance Training, Inc. since Aug 2002, starting out as a director in Columbus, Ohio then moving to Cleveland, Ohio and for the last five years as a personal coach and assistant director in Knoxville, Tennessee. Jared has had the privilege of training thousands of athletes ranging from the middle and high school ages through the collegiate, professional, and Olympic ranks. He has worked with athletes such as Katie Smith (WNBA & 2004 US Olympic Team), Melvin Simmons (USC Football & 49’ers), Justin Hamilton (Virginia Tech), Curtis Terry (Ohio State University), Tamika Catchings (WBNA & National Champion Lady Volunteer), Jermaine Tate (University of Cincinnati & European League), Kara Lawson (WNBA & National Champion Lady Volunteer) and many others. Jared has played a key role with Jackie Ansley at various events such as high school coaches’ clinics, several WBCA Conventions, NFSA Convention, and NSCAA Convention, as well training multiple colleges and universities across the United States and most recently in Poland.
Bryan Rodriguez
Bryan Rodriguez has been part of the Performance Training staff as a personal trainer and a sports specific training coach since June of 2007. Bryan earned his Bachelors Degree in Education and Science, majoring in Exercise Science at the University of Tennessee. While attending UT, he was an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Lady Vols Soccer and Rowing teams. Before moving to Knoxville in 2000, he played 4 years of varsity soccer in high school and continued his soccer career at the collegiate level in Washington. Bryan is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer & Health and Fitness Instructor who has a passion for assisting athletes with extended rehabilitation and helping others reach their maximum potential. He is now playing a role in leading the Knee Injury Prevention program designed by Sports Metrics and is currently the Director of Operations for Performance Training, Inc. at 180 Sports and Fitness in Knoxville, TN.
Dustin Wolf
Dustin Wolf MS, CSCS joined Performance Training Inc. in 2001. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a member since 2001. Dustin received his bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Carson-Newman College while also a scholarship soccer player. He went on to receive his Masters degree in Exercise Science/Biomechanics of Sports Medicine from University of Tennessee. Dustin has since trained thousands of elite athletes ranging from middle school and high school ages through the collegiate, professional, and Olympic ranks. He had the opportunity to train the Samsung Thunder (Professional Korean Basketball Team) in Seol Korea for 04 - 05 season. He is currently the Director of Training in Atlanta, Georgia and the Head Strength & Conditioning coach for Wesleyan High School. Wesleyan was voted as having the #1 sports program in the state of Georgia and #16 in the nation in 2007-2008. Dustin is also the Head Strength & Conditioning coach for the Atlanta Dream, the newest WNBA franchise.
